Welcome to Quran Horizon School!

We are committed to providing the best Quran learning experience. By using our website (https://www.quranhorizonschool.com) and enrolling in our courses, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document.

Throughout this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Quran Horizon School, while “you” and “your” refer to students and users of our services.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically, and any changes will be posted on our website. While we may not always notify users directly, your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.

 Admissions and Enrollment

Admission to Quran Horizon School is granted based on the details provided in your registration form. The final decision to admit a student rests solely with our management. If any false or incomplete information is submitted, we reserve the right to reject or terminate your admission.

Your admission is confirmed only after completing the required registration process. Once confirmed, your selected time slot and teacher will be reserved for you. We encourage you to respect this opportunity and actively participate in your Quran learning journey.

Punctuality and Attendance

Punctuality is crucial for effective learning. Students should log in at least two minutes before the scheduled class time. Teachers will wait 15 minutes for late students, after which the session will be marked as a missed class. Missed classes are neither rescheduled nor compensated.

If a teacher misses a class, a makeup session will be scheduled at no additional cost. However, if the delay is on the student’s end, the session will only continue until the original end time.

Engaging Learning with Games and Activities

At Quran Horizon School, we make learning interactive and enjoyable. To reinforce lessons, the last five minutes of each class include educational games and fun activities.

These may include:

General games: Tic-Tac-Toe, Four in a Row, Word Search

Islamic educational games: Islamic Quiz, Prophet’s Life Puzzle, Dua Challenge, Five Pillars Explorer

Teachers may also provide small surprises to keep students engaged and motivated. This approach ensures a positive and interactive learning environment.

Absences and Makeup Classes

We understand that illness, family emergencies, or technical issues may cause absences. If you need to miss a class, notify the admin in advance to have your absence marked as excused.

Unexcused absences (without prior notice) will not be compensated. Regular attendance is essential for progress.

If a teacher is absent, we will arrange a substitute teacher or reschedule the class at a mutually convenient time.

Changing Teachers

We strive to maintain consistent teacher-student assignments, but changes may occur. If you request a teacher change, inform the admin at least one week in advance. Requests are subject to teacher availability and scheduling constraints.

If your teacher resigns or is replaced, you will be assigned a new teacher to ensure uninterrupted learning.

Student Conduct and Discipline

Students are expected to maintain a respectful and distraction-free learning environment. Misconduct, including disrespect toward teachers, staff, or other students, will not be tolerated. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.

Professional Teacher-Student Interaction

Teacher-student interactions must remain strictly professional. Discussions should be limited to course-related topics.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Sharing personal information

Communicating outside Quran Horizon School’s official channels

Teachers requesting favors from students

If a teacher violates these guidelines, report it to the admin immediately.

Official Holidays

Quran Horizon School follows Islamic holidays and observes regular breaks on weekends. Our official holiday schedule includes:

Eid-ul-Fitr: 3 days

Eid-ul-Adha: 5 days

Specific holiday dates will be communicated in advance.

Guidelines for Sending Gifts to Teachers

Students are welcome to express gratitude to their teachers. However, any gifts must be sent through Quran Horizon School to maintain transparency.

Monetary gifts are accepted and will be forwarded to the teacher. Direct gifts or payments to teachers are not allowed and will be considered a policy violation.

Class Discussions and Privacy

Class discussions should remain focused on the Quran and related studies. Sharing private or unrelated information is not allowed.

To ensure quality and accountability, some lessons may be recorded for internal review.

Liability and Service Termination

Failure to comply with these Terms of Service may result in the termination of your access to Quran Horizon School.

We are not responsible for individual teacher comments or actions, but we take all concerns seriously and address them promptly to maintain a safe and professional learning environment.
