At Quran Horizon School, we have a transparent fee structure designed to support quality Quran education. Below are the key policies regarding fees:

Payment Schedule
  • Fees are billed monthly, must be paid in advance, and are due by the 5th of each month.
  • New students joining mid-month will pay a prorated amount for the remaining weeks and start fresh billing from the 1st of the following month.
Unpaid Fees & Suspensions
  • If fees are unpaid, classes will be suspended, and the student’s time slot may be reassigned.
  • Once payment is received, classes can resume, but missed sessions during the suspension period will not be compensated.
Refund Policy

  • All payments made to Quran Horizon School are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate or incorrect payments, subject to management approval.

  • Any processing costs for refunds will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Temporary Breaks & Continuation
  • Students taking a temporary break must continue paying their monthly fees to keep their reserved time slot and teacher.
  • Quran Horizon School does not assign these reserved slots to other students during the break, ensuring that the student can resume classes without disruption.
  • Skipping payments without notice may result in permanent loss of the reserved slot.
Leaving the School
  • If a student wishes to leave, a one-month advance notice is required.
  • Failure to provide notice will result in a full fee charge for the next month.
Family Discount Offer

To support families learning together, we offer a special discount for multiple family members enrolling in our courses:

  • Second family member: 15% off
  • Third family member & beyond: 20% off
Example
    • First student (full price) – £45/month

    • Second student (15% off) – £38.25/month

    • Third student (20% off) – £36/month

This discount applies to siblings, parents, or children enrolling together.

Annual Fee Increase

A 5% fee increase may occur annually.
