Class Structure for Adults
At Quran Horizon School, we ensure that every 30-minute one-on-one online session is engaging, interactive, and tailored to the needs of adult learners. Our structured approach helps students develop a deep understanding of the Quran and Islamic teachings.
Warm Welcome & Revision (First 5 Minutes)
Greeting & Interaction: Each session begins with a warm “As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh” to create a welcoming and respectful atmosphere.
Student Check-in: We take a moment to ask about the student’s well-being and ensure they are comfortable before beginning the lesson.
Revision of the Last Lesson: The previous lesson’s recording (sent for home practice) is played to refresh the student’s memory and reinforce learning.
Main Lesson (20 Minutes)
In-depth Learning: The majority of the session is dedicated to structured and focused learning, allowing for a deeper understanding of the lesson.
Lesson Recording for Practice: The student’s recitation is recorded and sent to them for independent practice and improvement before the next session.
Personalized Guidance: Lessons are tailored to the student’s pace and level, ensuring steady progress.
Additional Islamic Learning (Next 5 Minutes)
This time is used to expand Islamic knowledge, covering essential topics such as:
Salah (Prayer) Guidance – Improving prayer recitation and understanding its significance.
Dua (Supplication) Memorization – Learning meaningful duas from the Quran and Sunnah.
Quranic Translation & Tafsir (Interpretation) – Understanding the meaning and context of Quranic verses.
Hadith Learning – Studying the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and applying them in daily life.
Islamic History – Exploring significant events and figures to strengthen Islamic knowledge and identity.
